As a senior analyst to the PMS 339 surface training system support team, David’s leadership and attention to detail was instrumental in developing training solutions recommendations for the Manpower, Personnel, and Training (MPT) support manager. His contributions made a lasting positive impact on our customer’s mission and furthered THOR’s growing reputation for excellence.

In Norse mythology, the God THOR’s Hammer – called Mjolnir – was of critical importance to him. His power and strength were significantly weaker without it. Similarly, as a company, THOR’s power and strength lies in its PEOPLE. Without our employees and the great things they do on a daily basis, we are nothing. For this reason, we have named our new monthly employee recognition award the THOR Hammer. 

It is awarded each month to the THOR employee who has provided exemplary customer service and has consistently demonstrated the key attributes of THOR’s Corporate Culture (Integrity, Self-Discipline, Accountability, Innovation, Teamwork and Respect).
