THOR Solutions, LLC (THOR) announced today its selection by the US Navy as one of three prime awardees for a $34.8M MAC IDIQ contract with the US Navy's Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR) Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC PAC) in San Diego, CA.  

NIWC PAC's mission is to provide research, development, engineering, and support of integrated C4ISR, cyber, and space systems across all warfighting domains and to rapidly prototype, conduct test and evaluation, and provide acquisition, installation, and in-service engineering expertise. NIWC PAC is the only Department of Defense (DoD) Laboratory located in a major Fleet Concentration Area (FCA). Building on 75 years of experience, NIWC PAC has a total workforce of approximately 5,000 Civilian Personnel (CIVPERs) and Military Personnel (MIPERs) focused on providing solutions in Cyber and C4ISR systems engineering, prototyping, and experimentation to increase speed, capability, and affordability, reduce complexity, and drive innovation for the fleet today and tomorrow. 

THOR will provide expertise in Total Workforce Management, Command Operations, Corporate Strategy, and Corporate Communications for NIWC PAC Corporate Operations (Code 80). Professional and administrative services required include Total Force Management, Facilities Help Desk, Mail, Classified Material Control and Material Destruction, Message Center, Facilities Community Planning, Electronic Key Management System, Command Administrative Services, Corporate Operations, Corporate Strategy, Safety and Environmental, and Continuity of Operations.
