While these efforts are high-profile, it’s also worthy to note the continued improvements to THOR’s high quality, competitive benefits. Ensuring we get the most, “bang for our benefit buck” requires closely monitoring a dynamic marketplace. For example, nearly two years after our shift to Fidelity (401k provider) and Summit Group (401k advisor)—with now far better service at lower fees—I couldn’t be more pleased. THOR’s other benefits from medical, dental, vision and disability insurance, to pet and legal insurance, all continue to improve as well—with better offerings and more options.
