Jessica Dallow
Manager, Northeast Operations
Jessica Dallow is THOR’s Operations Manager for Northeast Region. She oversees prime contracts onsite at Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Newport Division, providing full cycle program management, including contracts, funding, personnel, recruitment, and customer relationships. She supports THOR’s proposal team by actively participating in the development of contract proposals, offering essential insights, and conducting research and analysis.
Jessica earned a BBA in Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University and an AA in Early Childhood from Community College of Rhode Island.
