Chris Luna serves as the West Coast Operations Manager for THOR and has been a dedicated contractor with Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC PAC) for approximately seven years. Within the Chief Engineers’ (CHENG) office, he has demonstrated proficiency in managing databases, overseeing Information Technology (IT) related matters, including software and licenses, and handling various responsibilities. Notably, Chris holds the esteemed position of NIWC PAC Navy Flank Speed Champion, playing a pivotal role in training and overseeing the comprehensive migration of data and tools during the initial phase of transitioning to a remote work environment. With a commendable seven-year career in the Navy, Chris has served in expeditionary units in San Diego and units attached in the Middle East.

Chris earned a BS in Information Systems Management from Southern New Hampshire University.
