While serving as a THOR Project Manager, Tina stepped in as the Integrated Program Manager while the permanent manager was on leave, ensuring there was no gap in service to the customer. She consistently performed demanding duties in a highly professional manner.

Tina’s efforts contributed significantly to the success of the team’s ahead-of-schedule delivery of the Content Planning Module (CPM) and Front End Analysis (FEA) products. Through her leadership, she continued to forge a well-trained and highly capable workforce characterized by high morale. She consistently exhibits THOR’s motto “Fleet First”.

In Norse mythology, the God THOR’s Hammer – called Mjolnir – was of critical importance to him. His power and strength were significantly weaker without it. Similarly, as a company, THOR’s power and strength lies in its PEOPLE. Without our employees and the great things they do on a daily basis, we are nothing. For this reason, we have named our new monthly employee recognition award the THOR Hammer. 

It is awarded each month to the THOR employee who has provided exemplary customer service and has consistently demonstrated the key attributes of THOR’s Corporate Culture (Integrity, Self-Discipline, Accountability, Innovation, Teamwork and Respect).
