Arlington, VA - THOR Solutions LLC announced that it is a member of a team selected to provide the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR) Systems Center Atlantic (SSCLANT) with the full spectrum of Command Control Communications Computers Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) engineering services for the implementation, upgrade, maintenance and sustainment of multiple C4ISR systems aboard US Coast Guard platforms, including ship, short, and aircraft assets. THOR will also provide support for the US Coast Guard's Command Control Communications and Engineering Center (C3CEN), Telecommunications and Information Systems Command (TISCOM), Command Control Communications Computers and Information Technology Service Center (C4ITSC), National Security Cutter Program Management Office (CG-9321), C4ISR Program Management Office (CG-9335), and Surface Force Logistics Center (SFLC).

THOR will support SSCLANT in providing coordinated New Construction Ship (SCN) procurement, installation, integration and test management, and support to US Coast Guard platforms, including SCN management for CG-9321 for a 14-product consolidated Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) and Exterior Communications (EXCOMM) upgrade on the NSCs during a pier side Post Shipyard Availability (PSA). THOR will assist SSCLANT in providing engineering and technical support to CG-9335 vital to advancement of the US Coast Guard Systems Engineering and Integration (SEI) initiative in support of the NSC, Fast Response Cutter (FRC), and Offshore Patrol Cutter (OPC) C4I systems and logistics baseline and roadmap.

Requirements include the full range of engineering, technical, and management support services to execute US Coast Guard platform-specific systems and equipment integration, implementation, upgrade, repair, and sustainment, including design, system testing and evaluation, technical services, configuration management, material procurement, system and component integration and implementation, equipment repair and sustainment support, as well as program management and administrative management support.

Work on this five-year contract will be performed in nationwide and around the world, including locations such as: San Diego, CA, Alameda, CA, San Francisco, CA, Seattle, WA, Petulama, CA, Portsmouth, VA, Norfolk, VA, Mayport, FL, Jacksonville, FL, Key West, FL, Pascagoula, MS, Charleston, SC, Baltimore, MD, Cape May, NJ, Gloucester, MA, and Kodiak, AK, as well as in the Bahamas and Bahrain.
