THOR has provided support to the US Navy’s Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Program Executive Office Ships (PEO Ships) and Surface Warfare Directorate (SEA 21), which together comprise Team Ships. THOR has supported the Support Ships, Boat, and Craft Program Office (PMS 325), the Amphibious Warfare Program Office (PMS 377), the Surface Ship Readiness and Sustainment Program Office (PMS 443) and the Surface Training Systems Program Office (PMS 339). For example, THOR supported PMS 325 in overseas engineering and technical services for Allied and partner nation navies and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) clients, requiring extensive in-country work in remote and austere environments. For PMS 377, THOR provided Program Management, Business and Financial Management (BFM), Engineering and Technical Support, Research and Development (R&D) Support, Test and Evaluation (T&E) Support, and Modeling and Simulation Support. In support PMS 443, THOR has provided programmatic, engineering and technical, and training support at both headquarters and the waterfront across major Fleet Concentration Areas (FCAs).
