THOR provides the US Navy’s Afloat Training Group Pacific (ATGPAC) with logistics, assessment, and training support services on all surface ship classes across the Pacific Fleet (PACFLT). THOR provides material condition checks, analysis of input and output data, record-keeping and accounting systems – onboard ships in port and underway, evaluating Supply Department compliance, material readiness, training, accountability, sustainability and crew support in areas such as financial management, inventory management, expenditure management, depot level repairable management, configuration management, automated systems utilization, Coordinated Shipboard Allowance List (COSAL) management Hazardous Material (HAZMAT) requirements; increasing ships force knowledge and compliance with all relevant procedures, processes, standards and instructions. 

Support is primarily provided in San Diego, CA, Everett, WA, Pearl Harbor, HI, Sasebo, Japan, Yokosuka, Japan, and Manama Bahrain.
